Today’s pause for thought is employer engagement. Companies around the world do employee engagement surveys to try and get feedback on job satisfaction. 

A thought that employers (owners, management, etc.) should be subject to this same type of survey that employees can review would be enlightening.

Employers unfortunately are less engaged with the employees than the employees are expected to be with the business. Shouldn’t the engagement be both ways? If the employers are engaged with the employees, would this not create a better working relationship and help to make the business stronger?
